Seafood and Chardonnay Experience
Scratchleys on the Wharf has been Newcastle’s favourite restaurant for over 30 years, and for this dinner, chefs are preparing a special three course seafood menu. Better still the food is being matched with some of Australia’s iconic chardonnays. Winemaker Greg Silkman will pair some of his finest First Creek and Silkman award winning chardonnays, as well as wines from other iconic Chardonnay producers.
