The Flotilla x Yellow Billy: Fire, Wine and Friends

The Hunter comes to Newcastle in a collaboration between friends. Chef’s Shayne (Flotilla) and Sam (Yellow Billy) will collaborate on a six course set menu showcasing the art of cooking with fire. Eduardo (Flotilla) and Patrick (Yellow Billy) will curate a special selection of premium wines to enjoy alongside the fire coming out of the kitchen.

This is the type of event that we want to go to. Great food, awesome wines and good friends. It really doesn’t get any better than that.

Not so small print: One seating ONLY – with very limited availability. Ticket includes food and beverage pairing.
