Newcastle’s First ever Thai degustation
Benjamas Thai on Darby Street has created Newcastle’s first ever Thai degustation dinner in collaboration with First Creek Wines.
Owner/Chef Chin will develop a seven course degustation menu including Benjamas favourites such as Ka Nom Pang Nomoo and Koa Krapow moo Kai Doa, as well as some traditional Thai surprises.
First Creek Winemaker Greg Silkman will match a wine with each course from their extensive range of wines. Watch out for the 2014 Winemakers Reserve Semillon and the Balmoral Reserve Chardonnay.
