The event will take you across the Crystalbrook Kingsley hotel, with different immersive experiences centred around six wine varietals with paired food.

Be treated to insights behind the Crystalbrook business and how they have been able to enhance the hospitality experience through sustainability. All the while meeting the Margan Family and hearing from the experts about their agricultural and wine philosophy.

We’re talking a Semillon Garden that pairs two Hunter wines with an eco-friendly farm to table dish, while you’re treated to insights into how both businesses enhance the hospitality experience through sustainability. Then take a step into an Italian trattoria, sipping Barbera while sampling a taste of Italy. All the while meeting the Margan Family and hearing from the experts about their agricultural and wine philosophy.
