Vecina, Flotilla’s new neighbour in Wickham will transform into a pop-up Cellar Door every Sunday in April during Newcastle Food Month. It’s about local food, local wine and local fun whilst we welcome you as the first guests to Ravella - where we hope you’ll enjoy the first of many amazing experiences.
To help us celebrate we’re excited to welcome Usher Tinkler, Lisa McGuigan and Liz Silkman to join us - not only are they our valued friends, but you might recognise them as some of the most talented and respected Hunter winemakers from Usher Tinkler Wines, Lisa McGuigan Wines and First Creek Wines respectively. Annnnd.. in the spirit of turning up the fun - YOU will vote on which wine will be crowned the Inaugural Ravella x Alfie’s Perfect Match. Each course of Alfie's Italian feast will be matched with wines from our winemakers and served in disguise.
In a homage to the beloved household game show of the 80s, the winemakers will vie for our attention, questions will be asked and compatibility scores will be calculated - until the Perfect Match is revealed! There’ll be canapes, antipasti, primi, pasta and secondi courses - and of course - dolce! Featuring beautiful food, stunning wine and live music, great memories are a certainty.
