Join us on the water for the return of our sell-out event – a six-course seafood tasting menu by Executive Chef Luke Carpenter.

Luke’s passion for fresh, sustainable food is evident in every single dish he produces. Luke will introduce each dish and the components before dazzling your tastebuds. Peter Drayton Wines will pair each of Luke’s delicious dishes with one of their wines and walk you through the flavour profile that matches that particular dish. We can’t wait for you to join us.
