In this Pop, Bubble & Fizz Masterclass, hosted by Wine Selectors as part of Newcastle Food Month, you’ll taste your way around the world with 12 Champagne and Sparkling wines. Starting with Cava and Prosecco, followed by Champagne (Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noir and vintage drops), Sparkling White, and Sparkling Rosé, and finishing with Australia’s favourite festive Sparkling, Sparkling Red. We’ll take a break in between sips to devour some delicious artisan cheeses that pair perfectly with bubbles.
