Join us for a special evening to celebrate the wonderful local produce and talented producers of our spectacular region. You'll enjoy exceptional premium vino from the Hunter Valley's Hart & Hunter, alongside a 4-course Italian feast by the family-run Una Volta.

The Una Volta team, along with your winemakers Jodie and Damien, will host a buonissimo journey through a traditional Italian menu of Antipasto, Primo, Secondo, and Dolce accompanied by premium Hunter Valley classics. "We are super passionate about making small batch wines that show their sense of place and are truly expressive of our home, which is the Hunter Valley," say Jodie and Damien.
