We have joined forces with renowned Hunter Chefs Andy Wright (Pokolbin Catering Co, The Cellar and The Wood Restaurants) and Mark Hosie (Rustica Restaurant, Bistro Tartine) to create a 5-course Spanish inspired feast including a fabulous Pork Ewe cheese course, our signature charcuterie and not to be missed Conchinollo (whole roasted local free range pig) fed on a diet of whey & grain and carved at the bar in full view of everyone. Of course, all the delicious accompaniments and something sweet to finish off an afternoon of FUN!
