Fresh off the back of completing three weeks of professional training at Mon’s Formation near Lyon, France, and to celebrate Pork Ewe’s 10th Anniversary, local Cheesemonger and owner of Pork Ewe Deli, Sam Glover, can’t wait to share all her knowledge in two intimate, exclusively curated cheese classes from the Pork Ewe School.
