Fresh off the back of completing three weeks of professional training at Mon’s Formation near Lyon, France, and to celebrate Pork Ewe’s 10th Anniversary, local Cheesemonger and owner of Pork Ewe Deli, Sam Glover, can’t wait to share all her knowledge in two intimate, exclusively curated cheese classes from the Pork Ewe School. Forget everything you remember about school; the only subject will be cheese, and this is one class you won’t want to skip. Sam will share her knowledge and expertise as you sample your way through a delicious array of cheesy goodness that will have you talking, tasting, and smelling like a cheese aficionado.
