Join the Pork Ewe Deli team for an afternoon of delicious dining celebrating the flavours of Europe over a leisurely Sunday lunch. We have joined forces with renowned Hunter Chefs Andy Wright (Pokolbin Catering Co, The Cellar and The Wood Restaurants) and Mark Hosie (Rustica Restaurant, Bistro Tartine) to create a 4 course Spanish inspired feast including a fabulous Pork Ewe cheese course, our signature charcuterie and not to be missed Conchinollo – Whole roasted local Free Range Pig fed on a diet of whey & grain and carved at the bar in full view.
Owner and winemaker from First Creek Wines, Greg Silkman will personally select the perfect wine for each course and will be on hand on the day to take guests through these selections.
