Tickets are released in Phases*:
Phase 1 – Tue 14th Feb 8.00am – Members who attended Le Dîner en Blanc Newcastle 2022 and “friends” of the hosts, are sent an invitation to buy tickets.
Phase 2 – Tue 21st Feb 8.00am – Friends “sponsored” by Phase 1 ticket holders (at time ticketing)
Phase 3 – Fri 24th Feb 8.00am – Waitlist people who have signed up to the waitlist (at any time)
If you were lucky enough to attend last year you will automatically receive an invite this year, check your inbox (and junk). Otherwise simply join the waiting list by clicking

*Invitation emails will be sent the day before each ticket release date.
- Please note that all registrations at time of ticketing are for two people.
- Space is limited, and registration always takes place on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
- All guests are transported to the event, from pre-selected departure points around the city to the surprise location.
- To sit on the same table row (each row is 25 tables of 2 people) with friends, you need to select the same departure point and table leader (you don’t have to know the table leader, they are volunteers that help you get organised for the event).
- The ticket price (below) doesn’t include Food & Beverage.
- The event is an 18+ fully licenced event, with NO BYO beverages, all drinks must be pre-purchased on the e-store prior before the event.
- You can choose to bring your own food or pre-purchase from the e-store
