Inspired by classic Nordic celebrations, this immersive baking experience will have you kneading, whipping, layering and decorating your way through three iconic Nordic creations.
Guided step-by-step by Yellow Door Kitchen’s pastry instructor, you will make:

• Cinnamon Buns (Kanelbullar) – pillowy soft, delicately spiced, hand-rolled and glazed to perfection
• Princess Cake (Prinsesstårta) – a show-stopping dome cake layered with sponge, custard, whipped cream and finished with pale green marzipan
• Smörgåstårta – Swedish Sandwich Cake – savoury layers of cream cheese, seafood, herbs, fresh vegetables and Nordic flavours, decorated like a celebration cake 

Throughout the class you’ll learn essential Nordic techniques including enriched dough preparation, shaping and proofing, sponge layering, piping, glazing and traditional decorative finishes.
