This iconic SMH two-hatted Hunter Valley restaurant needs no introduction. Hunter Culinary Association is pleased to present this special Muse Sunday long lunch, a highlight of April’s Newcastle Food Month program.

For one day only, the Muse team will take over Roundhouse, bringing one of the Hunter Valley’s most celebrated dining experiences to the heart of Newcastle. Chef and Owner Troy Rhoades-Brown will showcase Muse’s signature style of refined, produce-driven hospitality, highlighting hyper-local, seasonal ingredients grown in Troy’s own garden alongside exceptional produce from some of New South Wales’ best small farmers and makers.

Guests can look forward to a four-course menu inspired by Troy’s garden and autumn’s seasonal abundance, paired with matching Hunter Valley wines or a thoughtfully curated non-alcoholic pairing.
