Let Chef Franco Malgioglio from The Basement transport you to Sicily for ‘A taste of Sicily Event’ where Franco has designed an 8 course tasting menu as an ode to his Sicilian heritage.
Get set for a delish, bubbly brunch – upstairs at The Prince! Enjoy a selection of mouth-watering small plates prepared by Head Chef Joshua Lips and team, with free-flowing Sparkling and Rosé from BOÉ Wines, set to chilled tunes by soloist Daniel March.
If music and food is your jam, then you can’t beat ‘The Tuning Fork’ at Earp Distilling Co where a fine dining experience meets world class music. Highly acclaimed, hatted, indigenous Chef Clayton Donovan will take the night through a 3-course culinary sensation whilst Darren Middleton, best known as guitarist and songwriter for the iconic Australian band, Powderfinger will be performing an intimate, acoustic set. This one is not to be missed!
And if you fancy yourself a Masterchef, join Masterchef alumni, Reece Hignell aka Cakeboi to bring you a beer dinner like no other! You’ll enjoy 5 courses of delicious food, all featuring beer in the cooking process: Head Chef Tori Tokpah will be creating 2 dishes, with Reece also creating 2 dishes, and they will combine their talents to create a dish together. Each course will be expertly paired to one of our lovingly crafted beers by Foghorn Brewery.
