Nagi is Coming to Newcastle!
Ever wanted to dine with one of Australia’s most celebrated cookbook authors and pick up her best culinary tips? Now’s your chance to meet Nagi from RecipeTin Eats and her adorable dog, Dozer, at Crystalbrook Kingsley during Newcastle Food Month!
Enjoy a glass of sparkling wine on arrival and then indulge in a special three-course menu at Roundhouse on level 9, offering stunning city-to-sea views, paired with exquisite First Creek Wines. Crystalbrook Kingsley’s newly appointed Executive Chef, Thomas Heinrich, will prepare one of Nagi’s signature dishes from her latest cookbook, Tonight, for a true treat for your taste buds.
During the meal, Nagi will share her incredible culinary journey in a live Q&A session, hosted by Newcastle Food Month ambassador Jess Farchione. After lunch, join Nagi and Dozer at Romberg's for a book signing.
