Signal Box Seafood BBQ
Join Executive Chef Dan James and Head Chef George Mirosevich for our take on a seafood BBQ. Dan and George will utilise the world famous Josper Oven to create a unique experience far different to your typical backyard BBQ. The Josper is the ultimate BBQ, allowing cooking at extreme temperatures of up to 500 degree celcius!
Guests will gain an insight into the unique flavours and versatility of cooking over such high heat. Each course will have a carefully selected wine match from one of our local Hunter Valley wineries.
It will be a night to remember!
