Humbug will be spilling out onto Hunter Street for a festive celebration of street food, complete with live music and snacks cooked over charcoal by Michael Portley and chef Ethan Eadie.
Ethan, who worked alongside Humbug owners Mike and Steph at Adelaide’s iconic Africola, has since co-led the kitchen at The Summertown Aristologist and gained experience abroad at Mexico’s Xokol and Antojería, as well as stints in the UK and Denmark.
Together, this talented trio will draw on their global travels and culinary expertise to deliver a vibrant street food party, showcasing some of the world’s most iconic street eats.
