RAVELLA X ALFIE’S PERFECT MATCH 2025

We at Alfie’s & Ravella are beyond excited to celebrate our first anniversary together—and what better way to do it than by raising a glass to some of the Hunter Region’s finest winemakers? It’s all about local food, local wine, and local fun.

Each course of Alfie’s Italian feast will be perfectly paired with wines from three of the most talented and celebrated winemakers in the Hunter – but there’s a twist – the wines will be served in disguise! And because we love a little friendly competition… YOU get to decide which wine will be crowned the Ravella x Alfie’s Perfect Match! In a playful nod to the iconic ‘80s game show, our winemakers will compete for the spotlight, fielding questions and racking up compatibility scores—until the Perfect Match is finally revealed!

There’ll be canapes, antipasti, pasta and secondi courses – and of course – dolce! Join us in the exquisite Main Hall at Ravella and enjoy good food, good wine, and a roaring good time. Including (but certainly not limited to):
