Have you always wanted to make your own salami? Join this fun and informative class to learn how!

Sam Glover, purveyor of fine food and owner of Pork Ewe Deli, is excited to invite budding salami makers to this hands-on class. Led by Dave Caan, charcuterie expert and founder of CLEAVER Salumi Cabinets, this intimate masterclass will teach you the principles of making and curing your own salami.

The class will cover selecting the right cuts, seasoning, and creating the perfect environment for curing the best-tasting meats. Dave will guide you through getting the salt, meat, and fat ratios just right, while also offering some creative inspiration for unique flavours to try. You’ll leave feeling confident and ready to cure at home.
