Icky Sticky High Tea – Ms Mary at Crystalbrook Kingsley

Back by popular demand, Ms Mary at Crystalbrook Kingsley has teamed up with much-loved Icky Sticky Patisserie, to deliver a decadent Newcastle Food Month High Tea. This indulgent High Tea experience includes a selection of favourites from The Icky Sticky Patisserie, paired with freshly baked scones and a selection of savoury treats by Crystalbrook Kingsley Executive Chef, Thomas Heinrich.

Available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 11:00am, 01:30pm and 04:00pm.
Pricing: $94 per adult, which includes:

• A selection of The Icky Sticky Patisserie desserts
• Scones with jam and cream
• Savoury delights by Crystalbrook Kingsley Executive Chef; Thomas Heinrich
• Unlimited tea and Sprocket Single Origin Coffee.
• A glass of First Creek ‘Botanica’ Sparkling on arrival

Additional $30 per person for free-flowing sparkling wine.
Bookings are essential and close at 12pm Wednesday for all bookings that week.

Terms and Conditions:

• A two-hour seating time applies
• High Tea is served in Ms Mary’s on the Ground Floor of Crystalbrook Kingsley. This is a mix of low tables and lounge chair seating.
• Only available April 4 – 27, 2025.
• GF dietary requirements can be accommodated. Please note on the booking.
• Prepayment is required via Seven Rooms to secure table reservations
• Any balance to be paid on the day before departure with card.
• No split bill.
• In-house guest(s) may charge their balance to their room accounts if valid credit card details have been provided at check-in.
• Additional seats cannot be added on the day.
• The menu is subject to change without notice based on availability.
• No candles, flowers, props or tableware is to be taken after your experience has ended. Charges may apply for missing items.

Cancellation + No Show Policy:

• Prepayment will not be refunded in the event of no show or cancellation.
• In the event of a no-show or cancellation, the restaurant will automatically cancel the reservation, and the prepayment will not be refunded or transferred for hotel credits under any circumstances. The venue will retain the payment permanently.
• Sunday and Public Holiday will incur 15% surcharge. Any balance to be paid on the day before departure with card and settlement with card will incur merchant fee.
