Foghorn’s 10th Birthday Dinner

Our NFM Feature Event 10th Birthday Dinner brings together some of our favourite themes and collaborators from the last 10 years. Cheese Educator Sonia Cousins is as passionate about cheese as Shawn is about beer and she was the first in mind when thinking about this event. She’ll be presenting a selection of cheeses that will be matched to beers as well as First Creek Wines. Inviting First Creek Wines to partner with us again was a no-brainer – we love working with them and their fabulous wines and we’re excited to have Greg Silkman presenting their wines again at this event.

Our Head Chef, Chelsea Harrison will be preparing a delicious main meal for us to pair with a beer and a wine, and no birthday celebration is complete without a special birthday cake, and we could look no further than Cakeboi, Reece Hignell to take on the task! He’s been involved in one of our most popular beer dinners of recent years, and he’s an absolute legend to work with and we can’t wait to see what he comes up with! We’ll be pairing a very special BIG birthday beer with dessert, that we’re brewing with our great mates at Method Brewing. It’s going to be a night of epic proportions!
