After a sold out event in 2022, Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club and Nautica Dining is once again hosting this hit event. Join us by the water for a six-course tasting menu. Executive Chef, Luke Carpenter, has a passion for fresh, in season produce, and a wealth of pedigree experience.

Luke will showcase fresh seafood as the hero element, and local Australian produce, and paired with Peter Drayton Wines from the Hunter Valley.*
