The legendary Reserve Wine Bar team is taking over Flotilla for one night of mischief, good food and awesome wine. Former Reserve Chefs Sam Alexander (Yellow Billy) and Jake Deluca (Flotilla) will bring back some of their celebrated dishes from the Reserve kitchen.
Wine will be curated and matched by Patrick Haddock (ex-Reserve owner) and Patrick Hester (Yellow Billy) and the floor will be run by the familiar old crew of Reserve. Expect epic dishes matched to some classic and quirky wine styles. Same, same but at Flotilla.
